Beware of Bank United and their underhanded sneaky ways. They will not work with us at all so we can bring our loan current. Our situation could happen to anyone at anytime. But now because of difficult times we may lose our home.
What ever happened to the American Dream!!!

This message is a warning to all homeowners or potential homeowners. Beware of Bank United of Texas. Instead of just giving us 1 more month to bring our loan current,(only 1 month behind at this point)they said they are foreclosing unless we come up with the full amount. The will not give in and are sending out an appraisor so our home can get ready to be sold. They are doing this even though we are not in foreclosure yet. If your loan is sold to them, refinance through someone else, and don't ever get a loan directly from them. Their customer service people are rude and don't care and don't even try to help. All they do is make threats!!!

I am not a bum. I had a good job and was laid off and now we are about to be thrown out of our home. This can happen to anyone!!!Don't let it happen to you. All of our other creditors have been very understanding. Even if we file for bankruptcy we won't be able to save our home in time. Please don't ever use Bank United!!! Feel free to email us or if you have any suggestions please email them. Even if we file bankruptcy we will not be able to bring our loan current in time.
